I came in through the back door to exhibit design and fabrication. In the 80s I was creating photo-ceramic murals for public art projects. On some projects I was using a modified photo-silkscreen process where I replaced inks with ceramic glazes. I began silkscreening for Gaines Brown Design, an exhibit design and fabrication studio and eventually became general manager. That led to a job as Director of Exhibits at the Levine Museum of the New South in Charlotte, NC. I am currently doing photography, exhibit design and installation in Chicago.
